How to register:

To register you child, contact us to confirm we have openings.  Then, download and complete the registration and medical forms below.  Return these forms along with your registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fees are required to hold your child's space.  Tuition payments are due weekly, monthly, from Aug. to May.   That's it!
